Definitions:

“Large task/commission” : This is defined in the beggining of the agreement, means the task/commission have a large load of work

“Small task/commission” : This is defined in the begining of the agreement, it means the commission wont requiere much time to make, in this case there is a possibility where a sketch/draft or a revision wont be necessary

“Draft/sketch” : A version of a Graphic that is not yet considered Complete , which has been either saved as a separate file.

Completed/Finished :​ The task/assignment is completed/finalized when the client receives a review (this can be at any stage of the task) and decides to stop making changes. At that point, the task/assignment is finished/complete.

"Delivered" : The task is delivered when the client recieve the files of the respective commission/task. 

Process:

Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch (and flat color if necessary) for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork. Once I receive confirmation of the sketch for me to continue working, refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me.
Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. Three (3) minor revisions may be requested. More than three (3) will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.
Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email you full res .png files of the work and watermarked .jpegs for social media posting. No physical product will be delivered.

Payment:

Payment is via Wise, Square or Paypal. An invoice will be sent by me. 
Payments below or equal $120 must be paid before I start working and payments over $120 should be paid 50% to start and 50% when the commission is finish (. Once the sketch is approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full before I continue working and finish up your request.
If for reasons you need/want to cancel your commission after paying / paying the 50% deposit but BEFORE the sketch as been approved, I can give a partial refund (I will keep 15% of the total cost minimum for large tasks/commissions and 25% for smaller tasks/commissions, ​this is because when I accepted your commission other commissions were rejected to make space in my schedule and meet schedules).

Percentage of the cost in cases for large tasks :

Sketch/brainstorming ( 15% of the total cost ) Sketch ​approve (25% of the total cost).

1 revision approved ( 35% of the total cost ) 2 revision approved ( 50% of the total cost ) 

+1 revision approved (10% of the total cost) 


In cases where the commission or the task is small: 

Sketch/brainstorming (25% of the total cost ) 1 revision approved (75% of the total cost)

+1 revision approved (10% of the total cost) 


In the rare event I feel that I cannot complete the commission at all, I can give a partial refund depending on how much I have completed. 


Percentage of the cost in cases for large tasks :

Sketch/brainstorming ( 5% of the total cost ) Sketch ​approve (15% of the total cost).

1 revision approved ( 25% of the total cost ) 2 revision approved ( 50% of the total cost ).

+1 revision approved (10% of the total cost) 

In cases where the commission or the task is small: 

Sketch/brainstorming (25% of the total cost ) 1 revision approved (75% of the total cost)
